Suhagra online: sildenafil at 25, 50 and 100 mg
- sildenafil
- Film-coated tablet
- 25mg, 50mg, 100mg
- Prescription only
Suhagra online is worth comparing with the rest of this segment for a reason that is easy to overlook: it is one of the few unlicensed sildenafil brands supplied at 25 mg. That strength exists in the licensed range for specific people — men over sixty-five, those with significant hepatic or renal impairment, and anyone taking a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir or clarithromycin. For them, a 100 mg-only product is not a saving, it is the wrong dose.
The three strengths and who each is for
25 mg: the recommended starting dose in the groups above, and a reasonable choice for anyone who has found 50 mg uncomfortable but effective. 50 mg: the standard adult starting dose, where most men should begin. 100 mg: the licensed maximum, appropriate after 50 mg has been given a fair trial — four or more properly timed attempts — and found insufficient.
That ladder is not caution for its own sake. Headache, flushing and nasal congestion track the dose closely while efficacy flattens toward the top of the range, so moving up without need buys discomfort rather than performance.
Prices by strength

| 360 tablets | $223.71 | $231.04 | $342.09 |
The spread between 25 mg and 100 mg is modest — around fifteen per cent — so there is no financial incentive to take more than you need, which is exactly how it should be.
Timing, which matters more than the strength
About an hour before sex, on a relatively empty stomach. A high-fat meal delays the peak by roughly an hour and lowers it by about a third: that single fact explains a large share of the tablets people describe as useless. Useful window around four hours. One dose in twenty-four hours.
And the part worth repeating on every page in this category: sildenafil is permissive. It stops an erection from ending; it does not start one. Taken and then watched for, in a state of anxious anticipation rather than arousal, it does nothing whatever — and that is the commonest reason a man concludes the drug has failed him.
Side effects and the two emergencies
Headache affects roughly one user in six at 100 mg and fewer at the lower strengths, followed by flushing, nasal congestion and indigestion on the same gradient. Some men notice a blue tinge to vision or increased sensitivity to light; this reflects weak activity at a retinal enzyme and clears with the drug.
An erection lasting more than four hours is priapism, a surgical emergency, and delay causes permanent damage to erectile tissue. Sudden loss of vision or hearing in one or both ears means stopping the drug and being assessed the same day. Both are rare and both are among the reasons this is a prescription medicine.
Absolute exclusions
Nitrates in every form — glyceryl trinitrate spray and tablets, isosorbide mononitrate and dinitrate, nitrate patches, and the alkyl nitrites sold as poppers. The resulting collapse in blood pressure has killed people and there is no safe interval within twenty-four hours. Riociguat is excluded on the same mechanism.
Alpha blockers need separation in time and a reduced starting dose, and here that reduction is actually available. Recent myocardial infarction or stroke, unstable angina, severe hepatic impairment, resting hypotension below 90/50 and hereditary degenerative retinal disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa are contraindications.
Regulatory position
Manufactured by Cipla in India, with no marketing authorisation in the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom. Sildenafil is licensed in all three under other names. The category is heavily counterfeited, provenance is the only quality control available to a buyer, and a price well below the market is the strongest warning signal in published regulatory data. Prescription-only orders on this site are released after the prescription service has verified the prescription.
When titration is not the answer
Having three strengths to work with is useful when the question is how much drug you need. It is irrelevant when the question is why the drug is needed at all. Full erections on waking and when alone, failing with a partner; a difficulty traceable to one particular evening rather than a gradual change; results that evaporate when the prescription runs out — those point to a mechanism no dose reaches. Clinical sexology addresses it, and the first consultation at this studio is free. Alternatives including tadalafil are listed under men's health.
The 25 mg dose, and who it exists for
It is the least ordered strength in this catalogue and the one most often needed by the people who do not order it. The guidance is specific: a 25 mg start is recommended for men over sixty-five, in significant hepatic or renal impairment, and alongside strong CYP3A4 inhibitors — ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin, and fluconazole at higher doses.
The reason is clearance rather than frailty. Sildenafil levels after a 50 mg tablet in a seventy-year-old with reduced renal function are not the same as in a forty-year-old, and the side effects that follow are proportionate. Starting lower is how someone in those groups finds out whether the class suits them without a week of headaches that would have put them off permanently.
A fourth group worth adding: anyone who tried 50 mg once, had a bad experience and concluded this does not work for them. A 25 mg trial costs very little and frequently changes that verdict.
Four attempts, and what counts as one
Guidance across this class recommends at least four adequate attempts at a strength before judging it. Adequate has a definition: taken about an hour beforehand, on a relatively empty stomach, with genuine sexual stimulation. An attempt that fails any of those three has tested nothing.
This matters because the arithmetic of disappointment is unforgiving. A man who tries once, after a large dinner, with a partner he is anxious about, and concludes the drug failed, has gathered no information at all — and the most common next step is to buy a stronger version, which gathers none either.
Storage and handling
Sealed blister, room temperature, away from bathroom humidity and out of a car in summer. Film-coated tablets tolerate handling and carry a shelf life of around three years; the carton date governs.
Do not decant into a pill organiser. Beyond the identification problem, the blister is a moisture barrier, and tablets stored loose degrade faster than the date suggests. Past expiry sildenafil becomes unreliable rather than unsafe, and an unreliable dose reads exactly like a drug that has stopped working.
Working out which strength you are on
Men who have used sildenafil for years frequently do not know their own dose, because the product changed and the number on the box went with it. That matters when switching: carrying 100 mg across from a product you tolerated to one you have not tried is reasonable, and carrying it across from a product you found uncomfortable is not.
If you cannot say what you were taking, starting at 50 mg and adjusting is the sensible default rather than assuming the highest strength.
Questions
Which strength should I start with?
50 mg for most adults; 25 mg if you are over sixty-five, have liver or kidney impairment, or take one of the interacting drugs listed above.
Can I move up straight away if it does not work?
Give the current strength four properly conducted attempts first. Most apparent failures are timing or stimulation failures, and moving up does not fix either.
Is this the same drug as the other Cipla sildenafil here?
Same molecule and manufacturer; the difference is the brand and the strengths offered. Silagra comes at 100 mg only.
Does it expire quickly?
No. Sildenafil tablets stored in their blister at room temperature have a shelf life of years. Check the carton rather than assuming.
The label these figures come from
The dose ladder, the food effect, interactions and adverse-event frequencies follow the FDA label for sildenafil citrate, and unlicensed-import guidance is published by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

Where the facts about Suhagra come from
Suhagra: the strengths, the dosing, what the film-coated tablet form changes, the contraindications and the interaction warnings set out above are the ones in the approved labelling for sildenafil — the current FDA label in DailyMed — read against the European product information where this molecule is licensed in the EU. Where a figure here differs from the one in your own pack insert, the insert for the pack you hold is the document to follow.
Suhagra touches erections, ejaculation and the part of the problem a tablet does not reach, and that part of the page was read before publication by Dr. Andrea Biserni, psychologist, psychotherapist and clinical sexologist, Ordine degli Psicologi della Toscana n. 3572 sez. A (verify in the national register). The milligrams were not: he is not a prescriber, and the dosing and safety wording for sildenafil stays as the regulator wrote it.
How ordering works
Packs of Suhagra run from $30.67 to $342.09. The figure covers the medicine, the pharmacist check and tracked delivery; customs charges raised at the destination are not. Dispatch and tracking are set out under shipping and delivery, what can and cannot come back under returns and refunds, and the contract itself in the terms of sale.
Prices quoted for Suhagra are indicative; the amount charged is confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. As a prescription-only medicine it is never dispatched without a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber — send it through the prescription service and a pharmacist checks it against the strength and quantity before release. Nothing here replaces advice from your own doctor or pharmacist about sildenafil, and the studio does not diagnose or prescribe by e-mail.
