Pharmacy

Every one of the 71 products below carries a live price per dosage and pack size, the active ingredient it is built on, and whether a prescription is needed before it can be released. Prices start at $15.50 for a small tube of aciclovir cream and run into the hundreds for the largest packs; the cheapest tablet in the catalogue works out at well under a dollar per dose once you move past the trial-sized boxes. Nothing is shipped before a pharmacist has looked at the order, and prescription-only items are held until a valid prescription has been uploaded through the prescription service.

How the catalogue is organised

Medicines sit in twelve groups built around the condition being treated rather than the manufacturer. The largest by far is men's health, with forty-six entries covering sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil, the dapoxetine combinations and the treatments that exist for men those tablets do not help — an intracavernosal injection, a topical anaesthetic spray, testosterone replacement and the alpha blocker used for prostate symptoms. It exists at this depth because that is where the demand is, and because the differences between the forms genuinely change how and when the medicine is taken.

The rest of the catalogue follows the clinical work described elsewhere on this site rather than general retail pharmacy. There are seven antidepressants, grouped and compared on what they do to sexual function; two anti anxiety medicines, one for months of worry and one for a single occasion; four products under women's health covering ovulation, desire and painful sex; and the antibiotics and anti viral sections, which between them handle the sexually transmitted infections, genital candida and HIV prevention. Smaller groups hold a single well-documented product each.

Within a group, products that share an active ingredient are cross-linked. If you land on generic tadalafil and discover the 36-hour window does not suit you, the page points you to the shorter-acting alternatives rather than leaving you to search again. The same applies in reverse: the sildenafil pages name tadalafil where the comparison is the honest answer.

What the prices on this site mean

Each product is priced per pack, not per tablet, and the price falls as the pack grows. A ten-tablet box of sildenafil 100 mg is around $27; the same strength in a 360-tablet pack brings the unit cost down by roughly four fifths. That gradient is the single biggest lever on what you actually spend, and it is why the price tables on each product page are laid out with pack sizes down the side and strengths across the top — so the trade-off is visible at a glance instead of buried in a dropdown.

Prices shown are indicative. The amount charged is confirmed in writing before payment is taken, and it does not change after that confirmation. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no charge for the pharmacist review itself.

Prescription-only versus over-the-counter

Seventy of the products here are prescription-only. One — aciclovir cream 5% — is classed as over-the-counter and can be added to the basket directly. Everything else follows the same route: you place the request, upload a prescription issued by a licensed prescriber, and a pharmacist checks the prescription against the product, the strength and the quantity before the order is released. If the prescription does not match, the order is held and you are contacted; it is not silently substituted.

This is not a loophole and it is not a formality. A prescription for 50 mg does not release a 100 mg pack, and a prescription that has expired does not release anything. If you do not have a prescription yet, the honest first step is a consultation — that is what a prescriber is for, and no online form replaces it.

Where this sits alongside the practice

Most of the conditions in this catalogue overlap directly with the clinical work described elsewhere on this site. Erectile difficulty, premature ejaculation and loss of desire are treated here as pharmacological problems with pharmacological answers, but they very often are not only that. A tablet that restores an erection does nothing about performance anxiety, an unresolved conflict in the relationship, or the depression underneath a flat libido — and the research on relapse after medication is stopped reflects that. The sessuologia clinica and psicoterapia pages describe what the clinical side of that work involves.

The two approaches are not alternatives competing for the same patient. In practice the combination — medication that removes the immediate pressure, plus the clinical work that addresses what put the pressure there — is what holds up once the prescription runs out.

Before you order

Three checks save almost every problem we see. First, read the interaction section on the product page: nitrates with any PDE5 inhibitor is the one that genuinely kills people, and it is not rare for someone to be on a nitrate without thinking of it as one. Second, check the strength against what you were actually prescribed rather than what a forum recommended. Third, if you are already taking something for blood pressure, an alpha blocker, an antidepressant or an antifungal in the azole family, read the page before you order rather than after — those four groups account for most of the dose adjustments a pharmacist ends up making.

Questions about a specific order go to the pharmacy team. Questions about whether a medicine is the right answer for you go to a prescriber — and in the sexual-health categories in particular, often to a clinician who will ask about more than the symptom.

What to check before ordering from anyone

Four questions separate a pharmacy from a shopfront, and they are worth asking of any site that sells prescription medicines, this one included. Who is legally behind it, and can the name be verified in a public register? Who we are answers that here, with the registration number and the register to search. Where do the drug facts come from? How we source our information names the documents — the FDA-approved labelling in DailyMed, the European product information — and says who reads a page before it goes up. What happens if the medicine does something unexpected? Medicine safety and side effects sets out when to call emergency services and where a suspected reaction has to be reported, which is not to us. And what are the terms if something goes wrong: terms of sale, shipping and delivery, returns and refunds and privacy and your data, written in plain sentences rather than in a wall of clauses.

A site that cannot answer the first of those four does not deserve a prescription, whatever its prices look like.
