The viagra original use was not sexual at all. Sildenafil was synthesised at Pfizer's Sandwich laboratories as a candidate for angina and hypertension: the plan was to relax coronary vessels by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5. What you are paying for with the brand

Absolute contraindications

In the registration trials headache occurred in about sixteen per cent of men at 100 mg, flushing in about ten, dyspepsia in about seven, nasal congestion in four and abnormal vision — a blue tinge or light sensitivity — in about three. Priapism, an erection lasting beyond four hours, is a surgical emergency: untreated it causes permanent erectile tissue damage.
