Buy paroxetine online: the strongest ejaculation delay in the class

  • paroxetine
  • Film-coated tablet
  • 10mg, 20mg, 30mg
  • Prescription only

Most men who buy paroxetine online are not treating depression with it. Paroxetine produces the largest ejaculatory delay of any daily antidepressant — the comparative studies put it near an eight-fold increase in latency, roughly twice what sertraline or fluoxetine achieve — and that single number is why it keeps appearing in premature ejaculation guidance despite having no licence for it. The same potency explains the rest of this page: paroxetine 20 mg is harder to come off than the alternatives, and anyone starting it should know that before the first tablet rather than after the fortieth.

Why it delays ejaculation more than the others

All SSRIs block serotonin reuptake; they differ in how completely and how much else they do. Paroxetine is the most potent reuptake inhibitor of the group and also has measurable anticholinergic activity and weak noradrenaline reuptake inhibition. In practice the ejaculatory effect is strong enough that some men reach anejaculation — no ejaculation at all — which is not a better result, just a different problem.

The effect needs daily dosing and steady state. Taken as a single dose a few hours before sex, paroxetine performs poorly compared with on-demand dapoxetine or low-dose clomipramine, both of which were studied for exactly that pattern of use. If the plan is occasional use, this is the wrong molecule.

Doses, and the three-week rule

For this indication: 10 mg daily for the first week, then 20 mg. Assess at three weeks. If latency has improved but not enough, 30 mg is the next and usually last step — 40 mg adds side effects more reliably than seconds. For panic disorder and OCD the licensed range runs higher, which is a different clinical problem with different monitoring.

Take it in the morning with food. The nausea of the first ten days is the main reason men abandon it early, and it almost always passes; the sedation some people get is a reason to move the dose to the evening rather than to stop.

Prices by strength and pack

Indicative prices in US dollars. A thirty-tablet pack is one month, and the ninety and one-hundred-eighty packs are where the monthly figure falls.

Pack 10 mg 20 mg 30 mg
30 tablets $31.20 $34.80 $41.60
60 tablets $52.40 $58.90 $70.80
90 tablets $70.60 $79.70 $95.90
120 tablets $85.50 $96.80 $116.70
180 tablets $114.20 $129.90 $157.20

Discontinuation: the part that gets skipped

Paroxetine has the shortest half-life of the common SSRIs, around twenty-one hours, and no long-acting active metabolite. Miss two doses and blood levels fall far enough to produce dizziness, nausea, electric-shock sensations in the head, vivid dreams and irritability. This is not addiction and it is not relapse, but it is unpleasant and it is the single most predictable feature of the drug.

The practical consequences are concrete. Do not stop it to see whether you still need it — taper over four to eight weeks, in 10 mg steps, with longer gaps at the bottom. Do not take it as a weekend-only drug. And if the plan is a few months of treatment while behavioural work is learned, factor the exit into the plan at the start. Where that profile is unacceptable, sertraline gives a smaller delay with an easier withdrawal, and the whole daily-dose group sits in the antidepressants section.

Who should not take it

MAOIs are contraindicated, with two weeks clear in both directions; linezolid and methylene blue fall under the same rule. Thioridazine and pimozide are out. Paroxetine is a strong CYP2D6 inhibitor, which matters more than it sounds: it raises levels of some beta blockers, tricyclics, antipsychotics and tamoxifen, and it reduces the conversion of codeine and tramadol to their active forms, so pain relief can simply stop working.

Bleeding risk rises with NSAIDs, aspirin and anticoagulants. In pregnancy, paroxetine carries the least reassuring first-trimester data of the SSRIs and is generally avoided; for an off-label indication in a man this is mostly relevant to the question nobody asks, which is whether a partner is taking it. Men under twenty-five need the same suicidality counselling as anyone else starting an antidepressant, even when the reason for the prescription has nothing to do with mood.

Where the timing problem is not a serotonin problem

A man who has always ejaculated within a minute, with every partner, since his first sexual experiences, has lifelong premature ejaculation, and this is the drug class with the best evidence. A man whose latency collapsed in the last year has acquired premature ejaculation, and the first job is to find out why: thyroid overactivity, prostatitis and a failing erection all produce it, and so does the simple habit of hurrying.

Rapid ejaculation that appeared alongside a new relationship, or that disappears when the stakes are lower, is pointing at something a tablet cannot reach. That is the territory of clinical sexology and couple therapy, and the first consultation at this studio is free — cheaper than three months of a drug that was never aimed at the cause.

Questions people actually ask

Is paroxetine stronger than dapoxetine for this?

For delay, yes, by a wide margin. For convenience, no — dapoxetine is licensed for premature ejaculation, taken only when needed, and leaves the body in hours. The choice is between a bigger effect with a daily commitment and a smaller effect with none.

What happens if I stop suddenly?

Expect dizziness, nausea and strange sensory symptoms within two or three days, lasting one to two weeks. Restarting the drug settles it within hours, which is also how you can tell discontinuation from a return of the original problem.

Can I drink alcohol with it?

There is no dangerous interaction, but both are sedating and alcohol worsens ejaculatory control in its own right, so the combination can cancel out what you are paying for.

Will the delay last after I come off it?

Usually not on its own. Latency tends to return towards baseline within weeks. The men who keep the gain are the ones who used the drug-assisted window to learn something — which is the argument for pairing it with therapy rather than treating it as a permanent prescription.

The label these figures come from

Dose ranges, half-life, CYP2D6 interactions and discontinuation symptoms follow the FDA prescribing information for paroxetine and the European Medicines Agency review of paroxetine. This page describes an unlicensed use and is information rather than a prescription.

Where the facts about Paroxetine come from

Paroxetine: the strengths, the dosing, what the film-coated tablet form changes, the contraindications and the interaction warnings set out above are the ones in the approved labelling for paroxetine — the current FDA label in DailyMed — read against the European product information where this molecule is licensed in the EU. Where a figure here differs from the one in your own pack insert, the insert for the pack you hold is the document to follow.

Paroxetine touches mood, sleep and the sexual side effects that decide whether an antidepressant is kept, and that part of the page was read before publication by Dr. Andrea Biserni, psychologist, psychotherapist and clinical sexologist, Ordine degli Psicologi della Toscana n. 3572 sez. A (verify in the national register). The milligrams were not: he is not a prescriber, and the dosing and safety wording for paroxetine stays as the regulator wrote it.

Paroxetine was last checked against the paroxetine label on 6 October 2026. If something here no longer matches it, write to [email protected] and the page is corrected or the sentence removed — the procedure is in how we source our information. A suspected side effect from paroxetine should also go to FDA MedWatch or, in Italy, to AIFA; see medicine safety. Paroxetine is prescription-only and is not released without one.

How ordering works

Packs of Paroxetine run from $31.20 to $157.20. The figure covers the medicine, the pharmacist check and tracked delivery; customs charges raised at the destination are not. Dispatch and tracking are set out under shipping and delivery, what can and cannot come back under returns and refunds, and the contract itself in the terms of sale.

Prices quoted for Paroxetine are indicative; the amount charged is confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. As a prescription-only medicine it is never dispatched without a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber — send it through the prescription service and a pharmacist checks it against the strength and quantity before release. Nothing here replaces advice from your own doctor or pharmacist about paroxetine, and the studio does not diagnose or prescribe by e-mail.
